    Helped my addiction

    As an adult entertainer, I have been struggling with alcohol and eventually cocaine use. I was completely normal during the day, and would constantly beat myself up for acting so ridiculous when I go to work. I constantly told myself, "okay, tonight I will not get out of control." But as soon as I stepped into the environment, all of my morals were left at the door. THIS audiobook helped. THIS audio book fixed me. I do not even have to fight my addictions. It is so natural not to want a drink, not to hunt for cocaine. My willpower and self discipline is now all natural THANKS to this audio.

    Surprising

    The recording is non-invasive for sleep and does an excellent job of helping to fall asleep. The message of discipline is certainly more present in my choices throughout the day, particularly the concept of doing what is required now for the long-term benefits I seek. I notice a difference when I don't listen for a couple of nights; my sense of discipline declines. Would recommend for open minds.
