    Pretty Good.

This actually works. After listening for a few days my relationship with food changes; I stop binge eating and lower my food portions. When I stop listening for long periods I do start to fall back into unhealthy eating habits again so it is something you have to keep up. I can’t say much else about the book because I fall asleep after maybe 15 minutes and obviously by the time I wake up the next morning it’s finished. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight or just eat healthier. I get that hypnosis isn’t for everyone but it works for me and I would tell anyone to give it a try. One thing I can say is once, I woke up half way through and the whale noises did freak me out a bit, haha.
