Thoughts are often reflexes, so if you have negative thoughts about yourself and your abilities, that doesn't mean that you are any less capable of worthwhile. Meditation teaches you to recognize these thoughts for what they are: just thoughts. And remember, give yourself time with learning meditation. It can be difficult in the beginning...it takes a lot of mental energy to change your way of thinking and allow yourself to focus. But keep going! With regular practice, you will reap the benefits and feel confidence and amazing in no time.
