Returns & Subscription Cancellations
- Motivational Hypnotherapy will give an unconditional 90-day money-back guarantee on any hypnosis program or hypnosis bundle purchased from motivationlhypnotherapy.com.
- Hypnosis & Subliminal LLC/Motivational Hypnotherapy holds discretion for processing any refunds. Our policy is that they may be given to customers with charges resulting from an error on the system or a technical difficulty when canceling an account that may have impacted the member’s ability to cancel before the end of a trial or an upcoming charge. Authorization of a refund is at the discretion of Hypnosis Enterprises/Motivational Hypnotherapy.
- We do not offer refunds for private hypnotherapy sessions with Joel Thielke after a purchase has been processed.
- Once a return is received or a valid refund request submitted, the refund process could take 30 days.
- Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to anyone customer for one specific product more than twice.
